Saudi Arabia reports 110 million tonnes of ore with rare earths and uranium in Medina
Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman has announced the discovery of about 110 million tonnes of raw ore in the Jabal Sayyid area of Medina. The deposit contains rare earth minerals and promising uranium quantities, adding weight to the kingdom’s plans to expand mining and develop civilian nuclear energy.
