Seemapuri building collapse felt like an earthquake as residents rescued 4 people
A five-storey building collapsed in East Delhi's Seemapuri, sending a blast-like sound and clouds of dust through a densely populated area. Residents rushed to the site, pulled 4 people from the debris before response teams arrived, and helped police, firefighters and the National Disaster Response Force continue the rescue operation.
