SEBI bars Omaxe, 5 others from securities market over public-shareholding case
SEBI has barred listed real estate company Omaxe and 5 others from the securities market, alleging that funds routed through group entities were used to create an artificial appearance of public shareholding. The regulator also imposed a total penalty of Rs 1.92 crore in the case.
