Kejriwal questions Delhi road quality, says newly built surface peels off by hand
AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal has questioned the quality of a Delhi road, saying it was built only a few days ago and that its surface could be peeled away by hand. He said he had never seen such a road being built in the national capital.
