Assam student dies at homestay after midnight distress call; 2 arrested as probe continues
Nimisha Thakuria, a 22-year-old Gauhati University student, was found unconscious at a homestay near Azara on the outskirts of Guwahati and later died in hospital. Police have arrested Ashiq Ali and homestay owner Jayantasaki while investigating whether her death was murder or suicide.
