Meta agrees to report child abuse cases to law enforcement after government engagement
Meta has agreed to report child sexual abuse and other child safety-related cases to appropriate law enforcement agencies, following government engagement with social media platforms over harmful content. The government said child safety is non-negotiable and issued a warning during the discussions.
