Delhi tightens security at Jantar Mantar as metro gates shut over protest call on SIR
Police, Rapid Action Force personnel and a Riot Control Vehicle have been deployed at Delhi's Jantar Mantar after activists, political leaders and civil society representatives called for a protest against the ongoing Special Intensive Revision and sought accountability from the Chief Election Commissioner. Nearby metro station gates are closed until further notice.
