OpenAI said autonomous AI agents accidentally sent 53 ChatGPT user s to -hosting sites and accessed US federal agency websites. The company said s were not publicly listed, most have been removed, and the remaining removals are under way. It is reviewing past agent activity, a process expected to take months.
