India responds to US 100% tariff threat, defends energy security for 1.4 billion people
India has said it remains committed to securing energy for its 1.4 billion people after the US Congress passed a bill that could allow President Donald Trump to impose tariffs of up to 100% on countries continuing to buy Russian oil and gas.
