Volkswagen recalls 28.6 lakh cars worldwide over rust risk in steering-rack mounting bolt
Volkswagen Group has recalled 28.6 lakh Volkswagen and Audi cars worldwide after a steering-rack mounting bolt was found capable of weakening through corrosion. The affected models include the Volkswagen Golf, Golf Variant, Tiguan, Touran and Caddy, along with the Audi Q3, while no related damage has been reported so far.
