Over 7 Crore ITRs filed for A.Y. 2026-27 as 31 August deadline nears
Income Tax India has said that more than 7 Crore income tax returns have been filed for A.Y. 2026-27. The 31 August 2026 deadline applies to taxpayers with business or professional income whose returns are not subject to audit.
