Astrotalk enters India’s unicorn club at $1 billion valuation through ESOP buyback
Noida-based spiritual-tech company Astrotalk has reached a $1 billion valuation, or ₹9,549 crore, after funding an ESOP buyback from its profits. More than 100 employees can sell vested stock options for cash, while the company reports ₹1,176 crore in revenue and ₹285 crore in profit before tax for FY 2024-25.
