Zoho ने कारोबारों के लिए Zia Chat नाम का unified AI interface लॉन्च किया है। इसके साथ कंपनी ने vertical SaaS (Vertical Software as a Service) क्षेत्र में कदम रखते हुए 7 industries के लिए sector-specific applications पेश किए हैं। इन क्षेत्रों में retail, automotive, BFSI, healthcare, education, real estate और restaurants शामिल हैं।

Zia Chat, Zoho के ecosystem में native तौर पर built-in है। यह users को एक conversational interface के जरिए अलग-अलग business functions से जुड़ी जानकारी तक पहुंच देता है। कंपनी के मुताबिक, इसका इस्तेमाल leads बनाने, support issues सुलझाने और business data analyse करने के लिए किया जा सकेगा।

यह tool sales, marketing, support, HR और finance जैसे functions से information और workflows को एक जगह लाने का दावा करता है। Zoho के Chief Scientist और Co-founder Sridhar Vembu ने कहा कि इसका उद्देश्य customers को ज्यादा token cost के बिना काम पूरा करने में मदद करना है।

यह system emails draft करने, tasks assign करने और recurring reports schedule करने की सुविधा भी देगा। Users role-based “Profiles” के बीच switch कर सकेंगे और multi-step work को “Zia Agents” को सौंप सकेंगे।

Zia Chat model-agnostic है। इसका मतलब है कि organisations अपने पसंदीदा AI models चुन सकती हैं। कंपनी ने कहा कि MCP integrations के जरिए इसे external systems से जोड़ा जा सकता है। यह existing enterprise permissions और approval workflows का पालन करेगा।

Zoho के अनुसार, responses को underlying records तक trace किया जा सकेगा। Zia Chat से access किया गया data Zoho के AI models की training के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जाएगा।
