Former West Bengal deputy speaker Ashish Banerjee found dead at TMC office
Ashish Banerjee, a former deputy speaker of West Bengal and a Trinamool Congress leader described in reports as close to Mamata Banerjee, was found dead at a party office in Birbhum. Reports also said his body was found hanging and that a suicide note had been recovered from the office.
