Chidambaram responds to PM Modi’s ‘mental Naxal’ remark
A political dispute has intensified after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Independence Day speech included a reference to identifying “mental Naxals”. Congress leader P Chidambaram responded by saying he was proud to be one, while opposition voices, including CJP spokesperson Saurav Das, also reacted to the remark.
