DPIIT approval required to use Indian Patent Office’s official logo
The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade has ordered that individuals, businesses, digital platforms and professionals must obtain government approval before displaying, reproducing or using the official logo of the Indian Patent Office in any medium.
