CIA documents say Osama bin Laden had India on his pre-9/11 target list
More than 70 presidential documents released by the CIA during the 25th anniversary of the New York attacks say Osama bin Laden was planning attacks against India and several other countries before 9/11. The documents also describe al-Qaeda’s continuing activity after strikes on its camps.
